Terms of sale & refund policy
Plain-language terms for files bought from the ECFG Superstore. Buying a file means you accept them.
What you buyA digital copy of the listed Cummins ECFG or E2M configuration file, exactly as identified on its page (product id, software version, module, header CRC). The header shown on the page is the header of the file you receive.
DeliveryInstant. The download link appears on the page the moment PayPal confirms the payment and is emailed to your PayPal address when email delivery is enabled. Links stay valid for 72 hours and allow 5 downloads; re-issue from the file page with your order id, or contact us.
RefundsDigital files cannot be returned. We refund in full if the file does not open, is not the version stated on its page, or was charged twice. Refunds for "ordered the wrong version" are at our discretion; tell us within 48 hours and we will normally swap it for the correct version instead.
LicenceFiles are for your own diagnostic, calibration and tuning work. They remain Cummins Inc. intellectual property; you may not resell, redistribute or publish them.
EmissionsCustom file services that alter emission controls are supplied for off-road, export, racing and research use only. Compliance with the laws where the vehicle is operated is the customer's responsibility.

PrivacyWe store the PayPal order id, the amount, the PayPal email and the download count for each purchase, and nothing else. No card details ever reach our server.
